Policies for digital downloads

 

File FORMATS & delivery

Your files will be available to download once payment is completed. Files come in different formats, depending on the type of product or printable. It is your responsibility to read product descriptions before deciding to make a purchase.

 

Payment options

Currently, we only accept PayPal payments.

When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Returns, refunds and cancellation policy

Because of the nature of digital products, we don’t accept returns, refunds and cancellations. Once a sale is final, it is accepted that the purchased file(s) have been downloaded, and we cannot issue any of the aforementioned actions.

If you are unsatisfied with a digital product which you’ve purchased, please contact us so that we can find a solution together.

 

Custom and personalized orders

At this point in time, no custom or personalized digital items are being sold in our shop. However, we do aim to add this in the future, and will update this policy where applicable.

 

Sizing details

You will notice that most of our items are PDF’s and size A4, which is an International size for printable products.

However, if you need a different size, or don’t know how to size your items for printing, please contact us for assistance.

Note that most items can be resized to your liking in your printer’s settings.

 

Care details

When printing your items, make sure you use high quality paper and ink to avoid getting poor results.

As most computer screens and printers differ, and their settings are different, we cannot be held liable for different displayed and printed results.

If you want the highest quality possible, please consult your local print shop.

 

Commercial licensing

All printables and digital products from TWCstore are for personal use only.

The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphics or templates from The Wedding Club and TWCstore is solely for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, sale or other use. No part of any content, description or template may be reproduced in any form.

If you wish to use one of our printables or digital products commercially (i.e. print out booklets to resell or to give as gifts, for example) please contact us for licensing options.


 

Policies for physical products shipped to the customer

At the moment, The Wedding Club and TWCstore doesn’t sell any physical goods, but we do plan to do so in the future. These policies will be updated accordingly.

 


 

Unsatisfied with an order?

Please make sure to read product descriptions very carefully before purchasing a product.

If you are not completely satisfied with your printable item, please contact us immediately so that we can work together to find a solution.
